For NYC guests: Transportation will depart at a Central Park South at The Plaza Hotel with a rendezvous at Five O'clock sharp and return to Central Park South departing Carpathia West Estate at eleven O’Clock

 

For Philadelphia guests: Transportation will depart from the Ritz Carlton at Three O’Clock sharp and return to Ritz Carlton departing Carpathia West Estate at eleven O’Clock

For those who wish to arrive by helicopter please reserve your arrival time with Carpathia West via email to ensure the helipad is cleared for landing. Carpathia West can only accommodate two landings at a time.
